The Investment Guarantee
Milestone Funding: Up to $5,000 Per Demo Day
Our investment commitment is tied directly to your execution within the Launch Track. We deploy capital in tiers, rewarding performance and mitigating risk for the Fund.
We hold a demo day every 10 weeks.
Guaranteed Base Check: $2,500
Every founder who successfully completes the initial setup phase receives a guaranteed $2,500 base check. This capital covers the non-negotiable legal and foundational costs required to make your company institutionally investable (incorporation, legal docs).
Then $2500 base every demo day moving forward.
The Performance Cap
The remaining $2,500 up to the $5,000 cap) is paid only upon achieving clear execution milestones like MVP shipment and initial traction (metrics are defined in your curriculum).
Valid per Demo Day throughout your 8 or 15 month Launch Track Program.
Proprietary Execution: The 8 month /15 month Advantage
The premium fee funds your access to our mandatory, structured IP—the only place where you learn to successfully navigate the complex world of global, cross-border venturing.
Core Modules Highlight
We train you in areas most VCs see as critical execution risk: FX Risk Management (navigating currency volatility), Cross-Border Legal Compliance (setting up compliant U.S./Delaware entities), and Diaspora Go-to-Market (using the North American diaspora as a first-customer base).
Talent, Network, and Compliance
Your journey is backed by the entire TrailblzrGO ecosystem, guaranteeing institutional-grade support from Day 1.
The ViR Co-op Program: All founders participate in our Venture-in-Residence (ViR) Co-op, working on real project sprints for our Fund's portfolio companies, gaining invaluable operational experience.
Institutional Rigor: Our legal compliance and governance are structured to attract large institutional investors (Fund I/II), meaning your company will be investor-ready the moment you complete the program.
