About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Student Onboarding & Support: Guide new students through the onboarding process for TrailblzrGO Education programs and the "launch-a-startup" track, ensuring they feel welcomed and understand program expectations.
Community Moderation & Engagement: Actively moderate online forums and communication channels, ensuring a positive, respectful, and productive environment for all community members.
Event Coordination: Plan, promote, and execute virtual and potentially in-person networking events, workshops, and exclusive sessions for both students and community members.
Feedback Collection: Systematically collect feedback from students and community members to identify areas for improvement and new value propositions.
Issue Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for student and member inquiries or issues, providing comprehensive support across time zones.
Resource Guidance: Guide students and members to relevant resources, mentors, and perks available within the TrailblzrGO ecosystem.
Success Monitoring: Monitor student progress and engagement levels, proactively reaching out to offer support or identify at-risk individuals.
Ambassador Program: Support the "Alumni as Ambassadors" program and encourage member-led initiatives within the community.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in student success, community management, customer support, or a similar engagement-focused role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster a sense of community.
Experience with online learning platforms (LMS) and community management tools.
Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
Empathy and patience in supporting diverse individuals.
Passion for entrepreneurship and empowering individuals.
