About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that supports the growth objectives of the Venture Studio, TrailblzrGO Education, TrailblzrGO Community, and the Venture Capital Fund.
Brand Management: Build and maintain a strong, consistent global brand identity for TrailblzrGO across all platforms and communications.
Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO, content marketing, social media campaigns, email nurturing funnels, and paid advertising to drive lead generation and engagement.
Content Strategy: Lead the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized content (blog posts, videos, infographics, podcasts, thought leadership articles) that resonates with target audiences and positions TrailblzrGO as a leading voice.
Compliance-Driven Messaging: Ensure all marketing materials and communications, especially those related to the Venture Capital Fund, strictly comply with SEC regulations (Regulation D 506(c) and Regulation S), avoiding any implication of a securities offering for non-fund products.
Partnership Marketing: Collaborate on marketing efforts with university partners, high schools, immigrant support organizations, and online education platforms to expand reach and referral pipelines.
Public Relations & Media: Manage media relations, press releases, and thought leadership opportunities for the General Partner and other key personnel.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a lean marketing team, including specialists in content, digital campaigns, and community engagement.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record in a fast-paced, ideally global, environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content strategy, and brand building.
Demonstrable experience marketing financial services products (like funds) or highly regulated industries, with an understanding of associated compliance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.
Ability to work effectively in a lean team and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
