About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Program Strategy & Development: Lead the design and continuous improvement of engaging, milestone-based curricula for custom undergraduate and MBA programs, and oversee the integration of partner university content.

"Launch-a-Startup" Track Leadership: Ensure the effective administration and success of the core 15-month "launch-a-startup" track, including processes for vetting student startup ideas, managing pre-seed funding disbursements, and overseeing ongoing technical/business support.

University Partnerships: Actively seek, develop, and manage relationships with Partner Universities for accreditation of custom programs and for hosting partner programs on the TrailblzrGO platform.

Mentorship Network Development: Build and nurture a robust global network of mentors, entrepreneurs, and industry experts for the startup tracks, ensuring effective mentor-student matching.

Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the education arm, including technology stack (LMS, payment processing), student support, and travel logistics for global study trips.

Student Recruitment & Admissions: Collaborate on marketing strategies to attract target audiences (high school graduates, working professionals, career changers) and refine admissions processes, including assessing entrepreneurial aptitude.

Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of educators, program managers, and student support specialists.

Thought Leadership: Represent TrailblzrGO Education at industry events and contribute to thought leadership around innovative entrepreneurial pedagogy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in designing, launching, and managing online educational programs, preferably in entrepreneurship, business, or technology.

  • Strong understanding of venture building, startup ecosystems, and the needs of aspiring entrepreneurs.

  • Experience in forging and managing academic partnerships with universities.

  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt to a lean, fast-paced, and globally-focused environment.

  • A passion for fostering entrepreneurial talent with a "Think local, disrupt global!" mindset.

  • Master's degree in Business, Education, or a related field preferred.
