About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Strategy & Roadmapping: Define and implement technical strategies related to cloud architecture, scalable infrastructure, and AI integration for TrailblzrGO's internal projects and portfolio companies.

Architectural Guidance: Provide strategic oversight and hands-on guidance to portfolio company tech departments on cloud infrastructure best practices (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), database management, API design, and system scalability.

AI/ML Integration: Advise on the strategic adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions within portfolio companies, identifying opportunities for competitive advantage and efficiency.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Offer advanced technical support and troubleshooting expertise for complex engineering challenges faced by program participants and portfolio companies.

Training & Mentorship: Develop and deliver advanced technical training programs for founders and their engineering teams, focusing on cloud security, DevOps, data architecture, and AI development.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, AI specialists, contractors, and interns, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with cloud providers and other relevant technical vendors.

Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of cutting-edge cloud technologies, AI trends, and best practices, sharing insights across the TrailblzrGO ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or data science roles, with a significant focus on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI/ML technologies.

  • Proven experience in leading technical teams or providing senior architectural guidance to multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Deep understanding of scalable system design, microservices architecture, and enterprise-grade software development.

  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and deployment of AI models.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and collaboration skills.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
